Meena Saini serves as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and General Counsel for III Ventures and its affiliated entities, providing the institutional, governance-first legal infrastructure required for a capital-first venture platform. Across III Ventures and its affiliates, Meena designs and executes legal, compliance, and risk frameworks that support efficient execution, clear decision rights, and investor-grade controls at the pace required for investment partners, founders, and the team.

Meena is a dual-qualified attorney admitted in the United States and Canada, bringing cross-border judgment and multi-jurisdictional perspective to III Ventures’ operating environment. She earned her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law, graduating in the top 5% of her class and completing a Certificate in Criminal Law and Procedure. She also holds a B.A. (Honours) in Criminal Justice and Public Policy from the University of Guelph, graduating on the Dean’s Honour List with Merit Scholarship recognition.

Meena’s background includes high-volume, high-stakes dispute and advocacy work, including conducting hundreds of FSCO mediations and pre-hearings. She is certified in Conflict Transformation Mediation, strengthening III Ventures’ capabilities in stakeholder alignment, board-level issue resolution, and disciplined outcomes under pressure.

She is also a co-author of published legal reference books, reflecting her ability to translate complex legal frameworks into clear, repeatable guidance that scales across a venture portfolio.

Outside of work, Meena’s first priority is her family. She is a devoted mother of two daughters and enjoys traveling, while setting her family roots with her husband in Southern California.
